Welcome to Rose Eye Clinic in Hot Springs, Arkansas

Vision encompasses much more than just reading a line on an eye chart. Dr. Rose and her staff are dedicated to helping you attain the best visual experience possible. We are proud to be one of the few in-office providers of Vision Therapy in Arkansas!

Problems with letter and number reversals in children have concerned parents and educators for many years. Some have considered reversals as a symptom of dyslexia. More commonly reversals reflect a lag in spatial development.

Specific vision therapy, including the unique application of lenses and prisms during in-office activities, provides learning experiences to improve the development of laterality, directionality and orientation, and the related problems of reversals.

SPECIALIZED EYE CARE FOR YOU

Read About Our Services

Even without knowing the term “dry eye” or “Dry Eye Syndrome“, if you suffer from it, then you are all too familiar with the soreness, discomfort, and even the constant misery that can come with dry eyes.

We provide custom, tailored treatment plans designed to maximize the relief of your dry eye symptoms AND treat the underlying cause of your discomfort.

Traumatic brain injury such as a concussion or stroke, or diseases such as MS, cerebral palsy, or chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), can result in potentially devastating visual problems. There are also a number of inherited brain conditions which can similarly prevent the normal development of the visual system. The visual disturbances caused by these conditions can be lessened or alleviated with certain types of therapeutic lenses and/or vision exercises. Dr. Rose has over 10 years of experience in this field.

Vision Therapy helps patients improve their foundation for reading, learning and playing sports. It’s a series of custom and individualized activities and exercises which function as a form of neuro-optometric rehabilitation. The goal is to enhance eye tracking, focusing and eye teaming abilities as well as eye-hand coordination and visual processing speed.

Let us help your child have more success in school and more confidence in life.
